How to Use These Income Limits
- • 80% AMI — Most common limit for DPA programs (CHFA Preferred Plus, Pikes Peak DPA, CHAC, etc.)
- • 100% AMI — Some CHFA programs and special initiatives
- • 120% AMI — Colorado Roots, CHFA HomeAgain, and select moderate-income programs
- • Count all household members living in the home, not just those on the loan
