FY 2026 HUD Income Limits

Colorado Income Limitsby County 2026

Most Colorado down payment assistance programs require household income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Use this reference to check if you qualify.

How to Use These Income Limits

  • 80% AMI — Most common limit for DPA programs (CHFA Preferred Plus, Pikes Peak DPA, CHAC, etc.)
  • 100% AMI — Some CHFA programs and special initiatives
  • 120% AMI — Colorado Roots, CHFA HomeAgain, and select moderate-income programs
  • • Count all household members living in the home, not just those on the loan
